Good day! I’m Aya, founder of Plus Pet Transfer.

In 2015 I moved to Australia from Japan. Since then I have been based in Australia for over 10 years and have built my career in international logistics, including working with TOLL and Nippon Express. With the knowledge of transport/logistics I coordinate best pet travel plan between Japan and Australia.

Why I started pet relocation agent ?

My journey into pet transport began when I relocated my own dog between Japan and Australia. Even with my logistics background, I experienced how complex and stressful the process can be. That experience inspired me to create a service to help people starting a new chapter of life.

Our goal is simple — to make moving your pet as smooth and reassuring as possible.

Today, my team and I support pet owners throughout their relocation journey with clear communication, personalised support and fair pricing.
